VARELIXA currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Our current standard timeline is:

Estimated Transit: 3–5 business days

Our current carrier is FedEx.

We do not currently ship to:

P.O. Boxes
APO addresses
FPO addresses
International destinations

15. Shipping Charges

Our current standard shipping rates are:

Orders under $50: $4.99 standard shipping

Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before an order is completed.

16. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times provided by VARELIXA are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Carrier operations, severe weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

17. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For eligible returns:

VARELIXA covers return shipping
No restocking fee is charged
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
VARELIXA processes approved refunds within 1 business day after the applicable returned product has been received and reviewed

Used products are generally not eligible for standard returns, although legitimate quality-related issues may qualify for a remedy.

18. Exchanges

VARELIXA currently does not offer direct exchanges.
